Full-time InCorporateTrainer^®™Our full-time trainers are embedded into a client’s organization where they take full responsibility for the client’s English training needs. Duties include testing/assessment, program design and delivery, on-the-job training and administration.

“Core” freelance trainers
Core trainers deliver seminar and coaching solutions. Target provides material and support, the trainer delivers the product. Such courses run for between 1-6 days and usually take place in seminar hotels or at the client's site. Target is always interested in trainers with specialist experience in areas such as logistics, auditing, finance and management.

Material developers
Target is always looking for experienced and proven course- and material developers, particularly in Germany.
