Partnership  

We believe that a business partnership goes far beyond a customer to supplier relationship. We see partnership as a long-term, trust based alliance that yields mutual benefits. Effective language and communication training cannot take place in a vacuum: only when we appreciate our clients’ goals and learning targets can we design and implement a practical, transferable and results-oriented training solution. Gaining this appreciation is also a key aspect of the partnership. When a client makes a commitment to setting and attaining training goals we can support their implementation. We need the client’s support if we are to support the client – that is the partnership.

Our contribution to the building of trust is based on the practice of listening to our partners until we fully appreciate their training needs. We achieve this understanding through extensive interviews with all stakeholders, discrete shadowing in the workplace, and comprehensive measuring of existing competencies. Our clients’ confidence in us comes from our taking the time to propose the right solution rather than the easiest one (what they need to buy, not what we want to sell).

We know that this approach demands time, effort and money. But we do not see it as a cost – it is an investment in a long-term, sustainable business. We are not a quick-fix company and are prepared to delay the start of training until the right concept and personnel are in place.

Seeing training as a transparent, accountable process, we build on the trust established in the set-up phase by communicating openly and guiding stakeholders through the training cycle. As we believe that this feedback should be consistent and systematic, we apply tools such as DMAIC and the Virtuous Circle.

To ensure the efficacy of this open communication we invest heavily in the coordination and management of our training solutions. We designate a manager to each InCorporate Trainer^®™ who is available to support both the client and the trainer teams. Similarly each of our Seminar, Coaching and Beyond language solutions has a manager responsible for its effective delivery.
