|
| Training is: | |
| focused - work-related scenarios and training materials based on your environment | |
| flexible - changing with your needs and your schedule | |
| practical - the workplace, not the classroom | |
| effective - immediate results through on-the-job training | |
| Control Target works with corporate clients specifically because they have high expectations. The InCorporateTrainer®™ program is judged by its results. Once clear and measurable training targets have been set they need to be reviewed and the results assessed. This goes much further than simple participant satisfaction. It also takes into account knowledge transfer, behavioral change and business results. Training directly impacts the ability of your staff to operate effectively in English. |
