| Intensive seminars of 2 – 5 days are an extremely effective method of rapidly enhancing performance over a short period. This form of training achieves its full potential when the contact phase of the seminar is seen as the cornerstone of a blended learning program incorporating electronic media, self-learning units and tele-coaching support. |
|
