Professional Area seminars are the ideal solution for individual departments in which a particular area of the language (in terms of terminology, vocabulary and tasks) is repeatedly required. Typical clients include customer service centers, and departments responsible for HR, SW Development, Logistics, Purchasing, Internal Audit and Finance.
 
Communication Skills seminars are designed to meet the training requirements of companies or single departments that regularly carry out a particular activity such as presenting to clients, carrying out interviews, running audits, negotiating with suppliers etc. Typically, the program participants are skilled operators in their own language but are unable to match the performance levels expected of them when working in English. Communication Skills seminars allow participants to raise their performance in a specific skill area to a level much closer to that which they achieve in their own language.
