Whenever we can, it is beneficial to help others who have questions for us at work. Sometimes this isn’t possible, however, and we need to refer them to someone else.

Listen to the phone conversation between a service representative and a customer. When there is a beep, pause audio and choose the correct responses to complete the conversation below
