Interviewing Candidates for a Job

We all know that being interviewed for a job is a stressful experience, but often we forget the pressure the interviewer is feeling too. Below are a few tips to make sure you make the most of interviewing prospective employees and hire the perfect candidate for your company.
Tips
-Spend time considering the professional background, experience and attitude you’re looking for.
-Be friendly and create calm so every candidate feels comfortable and able to show you their true self.
-Make it a conversation, not an interrogation in order to get the information you want.
-Don’t simply tick boxes, make notes of the details you need to make a decision.
-Tell candidates what will happen next and always follow up with every candidate after interview.
