We can use these words to describe the dimensions (or size) of something:

For example...
How high is Mount Everest? Mount Everest is over 8,000 m high. What is the height of Mount Everest? The height of Mount Everest is over 8,000 m.
How long is the Great Wall of China? The Great Wall of China is over 20,000 km long. What is the length of the Great Wall of China? The length of the Great Wall of China is over 20,000 km.
How wide is a standard football goal? A football goal is 7.32 m wide.What is the width of a standard football goal? The width of a football goal is 7.32 m.

Note: When talking about people, we usually use tall instead of high.
Example: How tall are you? I am 1.92 m tall.

Read the text below and decide whether the adjective or the noun should be used:

Over the last 40+ years, the average car size has gotten bigger. This is mainly because of improved safety standards, the increase in popularity of SUVs and higher customer expectations for comfort. But how much bigger are modern cars? Let’s look at two popular models: the Mini and the Golf.

In the 1970s, the Volkswagen Golf Mk 1 was 3,7 m 1._____, just under 1.4 m 2.____ and 1.6 m 3._____. The classic Mini from the 1960s was slightly smaller with a 4._____ of 3 m, a 5._____ of 1.35 m and a 6._____ of 1.4 m. How does that compare with their modern counterparts?
