Giving Negative Feedback

Have you been in the situation shown in the video above? Hopefully not! Giving negative feedback is not the most enjoyable thing to do as a manager.  However, as you saw in the video that is most definitely NOT the way to give feedback on performance no matter how negative it is.  So how can you do it in a constructive way?

Look at the 3 steps of giving feedback below and choose the right phrases in order to avoid being negative.
