Wie k\u00f6nnen wir zeigen, dass Sprach- und\u00a0Soft Skills-Training zum Gesch\u00e4ftserfolg beigetragen haben?<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #0070c0;\"><strong>Aufbau einer Trainingspartnerschaft<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Wir sind davon \u00fcberzeugt, dass die Antwort im Vier-Ebenen-Modell von Kirkpatrick liegt.\u00a0In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Abteilungsleitern und Personalentwicklern haben wir festgestellt,\u00a0dass eine Adaptation der bew\u00e4hrten Methoden und Techniken von Kirkpatrick letztendlich eine\u00a0Beweiskette aufzeigt, in welchem Umfang eine Trainingsma\u00dfnahme zum Erreichen der\u00a0Unternehmensziele beigetragen hat.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #0070c0;\"><strong>Das Vier-Ebenen-Modell von Kirkpatrick: Die Umsetzung in die Praxis<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Anerkannte Hybrid-Tools, intelligente Stichproben und die grunds\u00e4tzliche Auffassung von\u00a0\u201eweniger ist mehr\u201c stellen gemeinsam sicher, dass eine Bewertung repr\u00e4sentativ ist, ohne\u00a0unpraktisch oder zu zeitintensiv zu werden.
