Dr. Meredith Belbin untersuchte w\u00e4hrend vieler Forschungsjahre Teamarbeit und beobachtete, dass die erfolgreichsten Teams aus einer Mischung verschiedener Pers\u00f6nlichkeitstypen mit einer Palette unterschiedlicher Verhaltensweisen zusammengesetzt sind. Dieses verschafft Ihnen einen breiteren Blick daf\u00fcr, wie Sie von anderen gesehen werden.<\/p>\n<h3>Schritt 3<\/h3>\n<p>Basierend auf den Schritten 1 und 2 wird Ihr Teamrollenprofil erstellt, welches aufzeigt, zu welcher der neun Teamrollen nach Belbin\u00a0Sie \u00dcbereinstimmungen aufweisen und zu welchen nicht.<\/p>\n<h3>Schritt 4<\/h3>\n<p>Wenn alle Team-Mitglieder das Self-Perception Inventory gemeinsam ausgef\u00fcllt haben, besteht die M\u00f6glichkeit zur Generierung eines Teamberichts.
