Die Tage haben nicht nur jedem sehr viel Spa\u00df gemacht, sondern auch jeden enorm weitergebracht. Das besondere an dem Training ist, dass nicht wir nicht nur unser Englisch entwickeln konnten, sondern an den Tagen auch an unseren logistischen Themen inhaltlich arbeiten konnten. It is always wonderful when a provider listens to your needs, develops the training around those needs and can adjust and fine tune the training to ensure that it is fit for purpose. No demands were too great. The training team were extremely professional, knowledgeable and were able to keep the participants engaged at all times. Which is quite essential for an all day training session. I'm sure that they understand and speak also German but somehow the trainers learned not to react if anyone says anything in German.\u00a0 When I started with the training I had two of these Sunday-Evening till Friday-Afternoon group training sessions in the middle of nowhere and they \u201cforced\u201d us to speak English from early in the morning till late in the night. It was not allowed to speak German even when we walked outside. It was a hard time but it was perfect because after 4 days we started to think in English. I recommend to participate in such a training if you want to refresh your English skill because it is perfect for re-starters. In preparation for the training there is a test to ensure that the students have the same level. Because you are on a business trip during this time you can concentrate purely on the training.\u00a0\u00a0 Then I had some regular group training with 6 to 10 students. This is ok if everyone will continuously participate and if the students have the same level. In this case you can define the content of the trainings for a period of e.g. 10 weeks based on the needs of the group. The trainer sits in the driver seat and has to ensure that the students stay on track and has to motivate the not so active students. Because the students define the content this is a very helpful training but not so effective but you reach more people.\u00a0 Individual 1-to-1 trainings, my favorite, is a pure individual training, focused on your personal needs.
