The big presentation comes and you breeze through it confidently and calmly. You are about to finish up and just quickly ask the audience if there are any questions.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8222;Any questions? \u00a0Ok, if not then&#8230;&#8220;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The difficult questions then arrive, one after another. Questions that you are not prepared for, don&#8217;t have the answers to, are not completely clear as to what they mean, etc. It has happened to us of all in one form or another, and is perfectly normal to presenters of all experience levels. What helps separate good presenters from &#8222;not so good&#8220; presenters is the ability in handling difficult questions professionally and effectively.
