You\u2019d planned out what you wanted to say, given a few examples, convincingly described the advantages, and cautiously addressed the disadvantages. All extremely clearly. Or so you thought. Until you hear the first response:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cSo, are you saying that you think we should XXX?\u201d<br \/>\nWhat you want to say is \u201cNo, no, no. We should YYY. Weren\u2019t you listening? Can\u2019t you read?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Obviously you can\u2019t say that.
