<p>What surprised me about the first training session was how much better technology has gotten in its ability to create an interactive experience for the trainer and participant that helps support the participant's learning.  My take away is that I need to get up to speed concerning technology!  At the moment, I'm not puzzled which means the training made sense to me and was able to bring me out of my comfort zone without abandoning me there (kudos to Stephen!).  To the other participants, I would say, I look forward to working with you all and supporting you in any way I can.  </p>
