Sharing Training Matrerial with KH4C

<p>Sharing good quality, well tested and relevant training material, across the company, is an essential way for us to support each other, try new things in training, prepare quickly for training but know that the quality of the material is good and also for us to learn from each other.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">What is KH4C?</span></p>
<p><strong>Know How For Charity</strong> is an initiative we used across the company many years ago. where for every piece of material submitted that was good enough, we as a company would make a contribution to charity. This is what we would like to re-start this year in two rounds.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">What are we looking for?</span></p>
<p>In short, excellent training material. Hopefully you are all already creating training material throughout the year, for your clients. We would like you to share this! If you have something that you have already made which is tried and tested and you haven’t shared it yet, we would love to see it.</p>
<p>Otherwise we are looking for you to make material that is/has:</p>
<ul>
<li>Business relevant</li>
<li>Aimed at a 1-hour training session</li>
<li>Clear session aims</li>
<li>Trainer notes at the end</li>
<li>Been tested in training to give you a chance to see how well it works</li>
</ul>
<p>If you have any questions about the criteria, ask your Program Manager.</p>
<p>We currently have some areas where we don’t have much material and it would be VERY useful to have more. So to encourage you, if you make anything from the following, we will double our charity contribution for each piece of material:</p>
<ul>
<li>Anything specifically designed for virtual training</li>
<li>Material based on or using:
<ul>
<li>Existing blog posts</li>
<li>Our eBooks</li>
<li>TOTW</li>
</ul>

</ul>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">What don’t we want?</span></p>
<p>Anything grammar focused. Anything copied from a textbook. Anything so specific to a client that it will be difficult to be tailored and changed for different clients. Unfortunately, we can't upload Power Point documents to Arthur :(</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">When are the deadlines?</span></p>
<ul>
<li>A minimum of 1 piece of material by <strong>29^th May 2020</strong></li>
<li>A minimum of 1 piece of material by <strong>27^th November 2020</strong></li>
</ul>
