Strong delivery based on detailed needs analysis
I’ve worked with Target and their trainer team on various occasions during the past 12 years. Deeply informative training
A deeply informative training provided by a very knowledgeable trainer! The training was interesting and together with the role play interaction managed to maintain attention throughout. The trainer obviously knows his role – the subjects were portrayed with clarity and interaction provoked with easy and confidence. Working with Target Training was a real pleasure. No demands were too great. The training team were extremely professional, knowledgable and were able to keep the participants engaged at all time. Which is quite essential for an all day training session. From inception to delivery, Target Training were exemplary.
Tailored training in a multi-cultural environment
Already during the preparation phase, Target Training showed a lot of dedication to ensure that the training would be tailored to NAMSA’S special role as a NATO purchasing agent in a multi-cultural market environment. All trainees were positively impressed by the way the trainer made them aware of previously not or little known key aspects of negotiations, and how the “theory” was put into practice through realistic negotiations simulations.
Realistic own-case scenarios
The 2-day training event set in the environment of our own case scenarios totally meets our requirements. We have decided to continue this three times per year. Is there any other recommendation which says more?
