I participated in the “Practical Toolbox for Managers” seminar and felt it was a deeply informative training provided by a very knowledgeable trainer! The training was interesting and together with the role play interaction managed to maintain attention throughout. The trainer obviously knows his role – the subjects were portrayed with clarity and interaction provoked with easy and confidence.
