Your job as a freelance seminar trainer

You’ll deliver engaging, challenging and transferable seminars and workshops to our corporate clients. Our seminars are typically 1-2 days in length and are often run at the client’s offices. Our clients are mainly from Germany and the Benelux, but as we work wherever our clients are,  projects have also included western and eastern Europe. Scandinavia, the Middle East and North America.

Some of the training may be delivered virtually. Based from home, you’ll deliver practical training modules to our clients via Webex or a similar platform.

Your responsibilities as a soft skills trainer

Outside of the realms of training delivery, you may be asked to:

  • liaise with end-clients
  • brief other trainers
  • research training content
  • run a client needs analysis

Requirements to apply

For you, as for us, training is about people. Your experience, energy and enthusiasm make a difference. Beyond that, you:

  • have a professional background
  • have extensive experience in delivering training
  • have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in delivering either communication, intercultural or interpersonal skills
  • are confident delivering training in English (ideally are confident in delivering training in another language too – German and French are the most sought after)
  • have a committed, professional attitude to training, work in general & managing the client
  • are comfortable using standard Microsoft Office programmes (Word, PowerPoint,Outlook)
