Culture and the effective international audit

Culture has an impact on everything from your initial contact to your closing report. Your goals may be the same as always, but the way you go about achieving them will be more effective when you add a cultural component to your toolkit. This seminar is for all internal auditors and/or compliance officers who audit divisions and subsidiaries in other cultures. We will help you recognize and appreciate the role of culture in the international audit. You will also learn how to respect the cultures involved through your actions, realize benefits from applying your cultural understanding, and root the use of cultural perspectives in your problem solving activities.
